Something is there taking care…

Who reminds you to breathe and to beat your heart? Something is there, taking care…- Mooji

This inspired me to pen these lines:

Something is there taking care…
Do not worry just dare…
Live lively and do not scare…
You need some moments to spare…
For the people nice and rare…
Allow the Soul to lay bare…
Don’t hold it simply share…
Enjoy everything don’t compare…
Be wild and passionate like a mare…
Don’t chicken out, do hare…
Then pause to be still and stare…
The world is not out there…
It’s within the body YOU wear…

Something is there taking care….

Survival and Dignity

People have a right to basic survival. Even if they do nothing. Even if they contribute nothing. Survival with dignity is one of the basic rights of life. I have given you enough resources to be able to guarantee that to everyone. All you have to do is share.” – Neale Donald Walsch, The Complete Conversations with God.

This piece of wisdom seems difficult to accept…. particularly this…’even if they do nothing’. Right? But, don’t you think we have confused a lot of things? We sometimes base our notions of equality on ‘beingness’ and sometimes on ‘doingness’. For instance, we might give equal pay for equal work; but, we don’t give equal respect to the same two persons if one of them belongs to another race. Our lives and systems are full of contradictions. Then, why not follow the laws of nature..the universe…? Such as, the law of cause and effect, the law of supply, the law of abundance, the law of love, the law of attraction…

We all have equal right to living, and the right to dignity because of the simple fact of our being, and irrespective of our doing. Abundance is there in the Universe. Let us enjoy and share. Let our doing be the medium of expression of our being, and not the source of livelihood. Abundance flows to us by a simple affirmation of gratitude: “Thank you, God, for making me an instrument of thy abundance.” – Dr. Wayne Dyer

Hoarding and accumulating without sharing creates imbalance. We all have a right to luxurious life. Let us exercise our right and allow the same experience to others. Dignity would then be an obvious outcome.

Achieve Happily, Not Happiness.

You have everything you need for complete peace and total happiness right now. – Dr. Wayne W. Dyer.

I know. I know. This is hard to digest. But, then what is peace and happiness all about? Doesn’t that mean acknowledgement? Doesn’t that need acceptance?

I do not intend to say that we should not have dreams, desires, goals. We can very well be, as Ben Sweetland puts it: ‘Happily Discontent‘. We may choose to be happy and grateful for whatever we have right now and then act to enhance the joy or even to share the joy. Fulfilment of our dreams and desires can just be the sources or means of expansion of these feelings. “Achieving happily and not happiness.”

The secret key to success in any area of our lives is ‘Joy’. If you take off from this feeling, you will land in the same feeling. If you take off from a feeling of unhappiness, neediness, or desperation, you will land in those feelings. There are no crossroads. But there are tunnels for us to transform at any moment in between the journey and thus redirect landing.

Even if we have started off from a place of need, we can transform the feeling to enthusiasm or exuberance. We can convert the nature of our goal from ambition to expression. Is this why people say, ‘Happy Landing’ when we take a flight? I guess so! Let this Monday be the foundation stone in building not just the week ahead, but the new year soon arriving. God is equally excited!

Spectacular Indeed !

“If we look both ways before crossing, if we learn to share, if we hold hands and keep track of each other, if we walk and don’t run, if we quit pushing and say we are sorry when we do, if we clean up our messes, and if we stop fighting with our brothers and sisters – we will get to grow up and our future can be spectacular.” – Robert Fulghum.

I believe,

If we stop withholding love and care and extend to give greater share ,

If we drop ruthless killing and learn more and more ways of healing,

If we leave worry and anxiety and just trust in nature’s bounty,

If we let go living in the past and NOW opt happiness to last,

If we quit pursuit of perfection and look with greater affection,

If we ignore things that annoy and create more context for joy,

If we stop fearing God at once and embrace the new ideas immense,

If we shed off tendencies that separate and let Divine Oneness to flow and operate

We will truly get to grow up at speed and our future will be Spectacular indeed.”
