Louise Hay The Angel

This moment is filled with joy. I choose to experience the sweetness of today.

This is one of the most beautiful affirmations Louise Hay gifted us all. Yes, we have a choice of feeling. We may or may not have created every experience of our life. But, we allow all the experiences in our life. We create or we passively allow. As the responsibility lies with us, so is the freedom. We are free to decide about how we want to feel.

Louise also believed that the word ‘should’ is a limiting word and should be removed from the dictionary. She suggested ‘could’ as a replacement. It is more empowering.

She has given a thorough prescription for bringing change in our lives. Dealing with resistance to change and building the new are the two very important practical guidances any motivational book can give us. For me, however, You Can Heal Your Life is not just a motivational self help book. It’s a Bible.

Philosophers before her also spoke about Self Love, Self Acceptance, and Self Forgiveness. But, she has explained these phenomena with great clarity and effectiveness. In her opinion, self love is the solution to every problem of your personality or life.

Louise Hay was a reservoir of Affirmations. All her books not only list affirmations, but contain the A to Z of affirmations. She has proved with personal example how a change in thought can heal even cancer.

She had put decades in the qualitative research about the mind and body relationship. Heal Your Body was her first book which was based on the outcomes of her research. It was very small, yet contained great wisdom. Her deductions are approved by the medical professionals.

Her passion to heal the world is unmatchable. Her devotion to spread the importance of self love is peerless. For me, she is immortal. I did grieve for her transition. But, now I choose to celebrate the fact that She was born. She was a blessing to mankind. Her works will serve the mankind for ages. I have been gifting her phenomenal book You Can Heal Your Life. I will continue to do that. But, my true tribute to Louise is making her favourite affirmation a part of my daily life: I love and approve of myself.

I love you, Louise and shall always do. Louise was the example of the existence of the Divine.

Beauty

Remember that the most beautiful things in the world are the most useless. – John Ruskin

I agree as well as disagree with this outspokenly honest statement. I agree that the most beautiful things are always inspired creations. Those who create such beautiful pieces of art or fine art or literature or any other performing or nonperforming arts create just for the sake of creation, for the sake of expression. They create for the joy of creation. They create because the inspiration is so strong that they cannot not create.

It is pure. It is blissful. It is divine. It is not banausic. They have no other motive to create it. And the creation may or may not be of any material use for anyone. Agreed.

But, material life is a very small fraction of our existence. The nonmaterial, nonphysical domain is too vast and unfathomable. In fact, it is beyond the capacity of words. And if we look from the perspective of this aspect of the existence, the most beautiful creations are the most useful things.

They lift our spirits. They nurture our souls. They bring us in the ever-moment. We become speechless. We lose the sense of time and space.

These are the windows through which we can have a glimpse of the nonlocal domain of existence. The experience lingers forever. We crave for it again and again. Because it is the knowing of the Universal Oneness which is beyond any definition.

What greater utility can anything have? So pay attention to art. Appreciate art. Make it a part of your life.

“Art begs you to notice it. Why? Because art is God’s way of saying hello!” – Neale Donald Walsch.

Love Freedom Soul God

Love. Freedom. Soul. God. All these words are interchangeable. All carry aspects of the other. All are the other. – Neale Donald Walsch

Profound!
These are not just interchangeable words. These are interchangeable phenomena. All are supreme. All are highly empowering. All are highest energy forms or frequencies.

Love and Freedom always coexist. Our Souls are free as well. God is both love and freedom. And every Soul is the individuation of the Divine.

By personal experience, I will add Bliss. It is the union of peace and joy. It is the power of the present.

Choose any one to focus on, to affirm, to act upon, or to demonstrate. The results would be identical. Yes, we have the choice. God has given us free will.

Sky is the beginning!

Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world. – Harriet Tubman

There is existence and the existence exists through us. Life exists through us. We are the hologram of the Universe. We have, we carry, we are endowed with all that is possible and all that is essential for creating a living experience.

We are the seedlings having the potential of becoming the most giant tree. We have the imagination for innovations and inventions. We possess the genius  to manifest magnificence. We are blessed with aesthetic sense to create and appreciate beauty.

“It is God’s desire that fuels the engine of creation. Yet, God’s desire is not that particular outcomes occur, but that the sentient beings in God’s universe be fully empowered to create what they want.” – Neale Donald Walsch

Hence, we are given and we will be given all that we need to manifest our dreams and desires. What we should do is surrender our dreams to the Universe with faith that it will support us in the manifestation of our dreams and that everything will unfold perfectly in Divine timing.

And for this we can use the gift of patience. Sky would then be the beginning.

Consequences of Silence

Every word has consequences. Every silence, too. – Jean Paul Sartre

We have heard several times how words should be used carefully. We know that words are like arrows which cannot be called back. We have a pretty good experience of all this.

But, have we noticed the benefits of silence? And what is meant by silence?

Silence is not just absence of audible speech. Silence is quietening of the inner dialogue. Not by force, but with patience and understanding. When we arrive at such silence we experience true peace.

Peace has tremendous power, even more power than words. The mind which is peaceful and still is a powerful magnet. With peace even the most tough and complex  situations can be resolved.

These are the consequence of silence. Howsoever well-articulated the words may be, they cannot match the power of silence. And this can be known with experience alone.

Choose to experience the strength of silence. It is the same as experiencing Divinity.

Change

We have a whole lot of complaints to make about people, places, things, institutions, organizations, systems, and even ourselves. Fair. Nothing wrong. But, what next?

Next, remember the prayer:

God give me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And wisdom to know the difference.

Once understood the difference, and gathered courage, we can use our knowledge, creative imagination and resources to bring about the change we think we can.

The easiest way to bring change in the surroundings is through personal change. When we change, everything in life changes. Many find it difficult. But, it needs only two things: Intention and Determination. Rest follow.

The best way for bringing a positive change in our life, in my opinion, is to be grateful for each and everything which is of even slighest advantage, importance or good for us. Counting blessings can counter complaints. God hears the prayer of Love and Gratitude first.

Just move on!

Guilt and fear are the only enemies of man. Guilt is the feeling that keeps you stuck in who you are not. – Neale Donald Walsch

Just think. Can you feel guilty unless there is a shift in your awareness? If you are engrossed in doing something in any moment, you cannot observe or understand whether it is right or wrong. The moment you start observing, you become conscious of the doing. Your conscience is awakened. You can analyse whether what you did was right/good/just or not. Now you are a different person altogether. With the understanding as regards your action, you should move on.

Feeling guilty is like putting one foot forward and allowing the other foot to rest on the previous step. You cannot move on. Drop the guilt and carry the lesson. Don’t judge yourself. Whatever you did was part of your evolution. Simply accept yourself as you are in this moment.

Fear is yet another enemy. It simply locks up the tremendous potential of creation each human has. Fear also keeps you stuck. And if you wish to or supposed to be there, why would anything else excite you or even stir your mind?

If something beckons you, you must move on in that direction. You will be amazed at the precision with which everything unfolds and leads you further. Try love. Give your passion a chance. Try God.
